With the remarkable growth of De Volle Maan, Industrial Fuerpla had the opportunity to implement, optimize, and support the farm’s cheese portioning line. Through our distributor, Buysse Food Machinery, and in collaboration with the Italian manufacturer Omet Foodtech (which we exclusively distribute in Spain), we developed an advanced portioning line, which includes:
- Vacuum Kneader/Mixer with Interchangeable Trolleys AO-160 (Fuerpla): Designed to handle large volumes of cheese efficiently and homogeneously.
- Continuous Filler/Stuffer F-10 (Omet): Provides precise and continuous dosing of the product, ensuring uniformity and quality in each portion.
- GCN Pneumatic Cutting Group (Fuerpla): Guarantees precise and consistent cuts, adapting to the specific needs of cheese shape and size.

Benefits of Collaboration
The implementation of these technological solutions has transformed artisanal cheese production at De Volle Maan. The benefits include:
- Optimisation of the production process: Firstly, the portioning line significantly reduces production times, allowing the farm to handle larger volumes more efficiently.
- Superior Product Quality: Fuerpla and Omet’s advanced technologies ensure that each portion of cheese meets the highest quality standards.
- Maintenance of craftsmanship: Despite the modernization of the process, the essence of craftsmanship and the high quality that characterizes De Volle Maan cheeses has been preserved.

Conclusion
At De Volle Maan, the combination of traditional craftsmanship and advanced technology has resulted in cheese production that is not only efficient and of high quality but also sustainable and environmentally friendly. Industrial Fuerpla is therefore proud to have contributed to this project, demonstrating how technology can be harmoniously integrated with craftsmanship to create exceptional products.
